
I have been following my gestational diabetes diet. So far I've lost 3 pounds this week and I'm not sure if that's a good thing. I'll be at the doctor this week and see what he says. The diet basically consists of monitoring my carbs. I can eat upto 60 carbs per meal and need to eat 3 meals/day. I also eat 3 snacks daily that each have up to 15 carbs. I feel like I'm eating all the time. My new favorite snacks are sugar free popsicles, which luckily I eat at night because they turn my lips and tongue the color of the popsicle and it takes hours before the color goes away. I also like what we found in Italy, joghurt. Which is America is plain yogurt.
